After five years of recession, a lot of initial anticipations and aspirations were negated. Among these, the exploitation plans for the expansion locations of municipalities. The poor housing, retail and office markets are ruining private and public parties, but in the market of business locations, there is only one big loser, the municipality. In this thesis the causes, consequences and opportunities of this social problem are analysed. By identifying and analyzing large datasets, the real complexity of the problem is brought to light and an attempt is made to quantify relations it in a model.
