Besides that, literature research is done into the possibilities of sustainable technology. This paper describes furthermore the results of the research for technical and financial feasibility that is done for three case studies in Eindhoven. The results of this research show that – provided a good quality location and considering the current office market and technical aspects – sustainability could be a solution for vacant offices. Further research could be done into the financial infeasibility of the operation and the role that municipalities and building owners should play.
